Developing a PC project can be a daunting task for the contractor.  A large amount of information needs to be gathered and analyzed.  This occurs through numerous field surveys, gathering historical energy use and building data, reviewing building systems, evaluating engineering designs, performing numerous customer interviews, meetings with subcontractors and vendors, etc.  All of this activity is performed in a relatively short amount of time with limited resources.  Our resources can assist with filling the gap that might exist in your development team and help you ultimately hit your delivery deadlines to the owner.

Once the PC project is secured, the knowledge that we obtain during the development process oftentimes leads to project supervision, project management, or construction management assignments.  These are optional services that are available but not required and can help you kick-start a project in the short-run, or we can assist your team through the entire execution of the PC bundle.
